Beta Test update 1.473 — Terraforming Mars Steam update #722610

Dear Terraformers, The beta branch has been updated with the build 1.473, fixing a major offender and three rule-breaking issues. Bugfixes Users in an online draft mode game were likely to encounter desynchronizations as their game session progressed. Advanced Alloys’ (071) effect was not counted toward the cost of Aquifer Pumping’s (187) action if the player was unable to pay for it without Advanced Alloys’ effect. Also applied to Water Import From Europa (012). Rad-Suits (186) did not count the Capital tile as a city tile. Pets' (172) resources were not always registered by every player in online games when 2 cities were put in the same turn, affecting the result of the game.
