All Classes: * 1% chance to parry for every 60 points of Strength (40 before). * 1% spell critical strike chance for every 25 points of Wisdom (30 before). * 12 maximum health for every point of Constitution (10 before). * 1 Spell Damage and Healing for every 6 points of Wisdom (8 before). * Off-hand weapon attacks are now separate combat events. * Haste has diminishing returns after around 50%. Paladin: * Vindicate damage is now based on Attack Power instead of Spell Damage and has reduced mana cost. * Piercing Strike and Exorcism have reduced mana cost. * Divine Smite does more damage and has reduced mana cost. * Holy Storm does additional damage and has reduced mana cost. * Reckoning now deals Holy damage, has increased bonus damage, and applies a stacking debuff that increases Holy damage taken. * Bonus threat from Holy Reflection increased greatly. * Oath of Protection threat bonus ...
