Early Access Update 15 - Version 1.2.13 Release Candidate — Ground Breakers Steam update #734345

It's been 3 weeks since our last update. The reason is still Parse.com. We used Parse to host our online contents but Facebook just shut down the service so we have to spend a S load of time to migrate it to another service. The time that could be use to improve player's experience. It's done now and we still managed to sneak in some improvement before transitioning to the full release.
