Mira, Sara, and Akira are no longer available in the drop pool. However, they can still be obtained via the Steam Market and the store page. Thanks so much for the warm welcome to the last update! I know this one is a bit smaller, but there are still plans in motion to improve the overall experience. A couple of things I can tease: a smoother start in Stage 2 of the game and a clear list of all cats currently available in the drop pool.
