Bug fixes for public beta - Update Notes July 31st — ATC Ground Point Steam update #735142

Update for public beta with mostly smaller bug fixes but two things worth highlighting are:Runway holding points can now have a value in the "hold short of" field. This makes it possible to both hold short of a runway (as before) and to hold short of a taxiway right after exiting the runway. It should also work on the default game version except it will cause the holding point text to not be displayed on screen.The "aircraft gets stuck on approach" bug which has been reported to appear sometimes but with no clear pattern might have been solved.
