Other: Added a max matchmaking ping that now defaults to 250. When searching for an online game, you will start out at max 100 ping, and gradually increase to your configured max ping. The current max ping will be displayed in the status window. Bug Fixes: Fixed kill-icon missing for grenades in certain conditions.
