Fixed character creator settings issue that disconnected partisanship, dogamitism, presidential party and ideology inputs from game settings. Fixed UI glitch in Character Creator that caused skill sliders to start out in the middle of the despite being at zero and labeld “awful.”Fixed bug where party line votes could prevent one party’s yeas and nays from being displayed.
