Changes Time can now be controlled with the 1/2/3 keys. Camera can now be rotated with Q & E keys. Save games can now be deleted. Save games are now ordered by date. Changed input for item prices to "arrows". Added new World Event for Medium Town level. (Flu Wave) Added 5 new achievements. (Coming in hot, First Month, Super Rich, Five Star Saloon, Too many drinks) Added proper icons for Small Town and Medium Town levels. Fixed settings not saving when pressing Escape instead of using "Back" button. Fixed item disappering when player serves order but waiter takes item from the shelf. Fixed save game name not being translated. Fixed day not ending properly when a worker quit. Some smaller visual adjustments to the UI
