added an option to enable the tmp shield timer added a level label to a spells tooltip, this will also show you your minus level of the spell (If you are playing with the procer's minus 10 lvl penalty) when leveling up a skill or upgrading via potential rift, changes will now be highlighted in the description tooltip, differences will be much easier to spot new highlighting for rarity modifiers on skill tooltips
