Update #28 - Hotfix update — White Noise 2 Steam update #751023

Today's update brings a few fixes. These are brought early because they could improve network connectivity for some people and we want to test them as soon as possible. There's also a few tweaks to Darcy to reduce her power a little bit, and an improvement to investigators' Stealth as suggested by users. Gameplay changes Darcy: Reduced Wraith speed benefit when affected by light. Darcy: Decreased Mourn effect duration a bit. Stealth: Now it modifies duration of all monster power effects affecting an investigator (such as traps, cairns, Lights Out, etc). Higher stealth means shorter effects. Improvements When disconnection to Relay servers is detected, the host will try to reconnect (Experimental)
