Follow up to the 0.9 build — Heroes of a Broken Land 2 Steam update #756577

Unfortunately the more changes you make the more chance you have to break things. This patch has some UI updates, but mostly is a bunch of fixes for things that broke in the last few updates. Thanks to everyone who reported issues, filed bugs, and put up with an unfinished game! Version 0.9.1 changes: Building tabs now have tool tips Custom game settings now have tool tips Re-adjust building addition level requirements Fix status skill not reporting remaining turn duration correctly Fix hang when certain status effects were inflicted during combat (bleed, poison, etc)
