Update 0.153b - Performance Optimizations, Bug Fixes — Outland Kingdoms Steam update #75669

- Fixed bed assignment issue where assigning a character to a new bed won't un-assign them from their previous bed - Fixed pathing issues caused by logged trees nearby - Made a walk speed limiter during combat, capping it at 3 to prevent attacking enemies rushing your settlement - Performance optimizations: Rebalanced shadow rendering to improve frame rates. Staggered 'thought processes' timing by characters to reduce lag with many characters For the next major update I'm focusing on Combat improvements, reported bugs, quality of life improvements as requested by players, and more performance improvements.
