Day 1 Patch for a few bothersome bugs — Dimension Quest Pinball Steam update #760590

Fixed the "flashbang" bug when the tank dies. Should be gone. Audio has been adjusted so that it doesn't start at 0... I hope. It's hard to test that bug.
