Patch #5 (v0.3.1) — Mini Settlers Steam update #771681

Hi everyone, Patch #5 is live including some minor bug fixes and changes. Change Log: Fixed: Various localization issues and rephrasing in the handbook. "Per 1 min" text in the resources dashboard was too large in some languages to fit properly. Text on houses UI without a city center text was too small in some languages. "Population satisfaction" overlay tooltip would extend off-screen in all languages. Resource path tracking occasionally displayed unusual shapes on roads when selecting a building. Brief display of the previous video when hovering over building buttons with video previews. "Must be linked to another Helipad" message appeared momentarily in empty space when moving between Helipads. Potential bug related to copying certain buildings.
