Fixed teleportation location from Heart to Secret Base, where it didn't teleport a player exactly near the portal.Added boards in Port Royal and Secret Base, where players can interact with them to see and keep track of their progression for each element, in order to get 100% completion.Fixed some minor visual text bugs.
