Update 20: Squad improvements and bug fixes — Vietnam War Steam update #776294

* Player's squad members should now find their way a lot faster if stuck. * Player’s squad members will now follow player again after combat. * New recruits and squad members returning from hospital will now go to nearest base (instead of to player's main base). * A1-Skyraider cockpit fixed, and the MG bullets now have way higher velocity. * Chinook cockpit/aim view updated. * F5 Tiger II cockpit view adjusted. * Names for female American civilians now updated. * Hitting parked enemy aircraft now gives less XP and they can’t be farmed for XP after being destroyed. * Unused Icon in radio UI menu is now removed. * Periodic squad “Name Name” errors should now hopefully be fixed. * M151 Jeep and Gaz-69 jeep double interior issue fixed (interior cam FOV issue).
