Update 12: Dog interactions + stats. More bug fixes — Vietnam War Steam update #776302

* Dog Interactions added (look at dog +LMB. Requires over 10 loyalty): * Pet, feed (raw meat or rations) and reprimand. * Dog stats with effects added (courage, strength, combat, intelligence.), thus making every dog unique. Some stats may decrease if dog is starving. * Dog combat updated for damage and new dog stats. Dog may now flee and hesitate to attack etc. * Dog house bunkers added to DMZ region (Quang Tri, Hue, Danang etc). * Bullets won’t bounce off of dogs anymore (although doing damage). * Checking civilian papers now works (look at civilian, click LMB while having no weapon equipped). * Changing Corps button from in-game menu, now has beta warning (as it has not been tested enough and seems to cause issues). * Repair XP farming stopped. * Army icon in start menu corps select now pulsates like rest.
