[Hotfix] 0.4.12 — Demented Steam update #785400

We listened to your feedback and made some improvements on both the Sanity and the Flashlight, giving flashlight the ability so self-recharge when extremely low, and reducing the recharge as more battery it has. Also we added more ambient light to the player, so if even you don't have a flashlight, you can still see things in the dark ;) Improve flashlight battery Improve Sanity fast draining (decreased the sanity drain by 340%) Added more head space (looking down and up) again. Fixed flashlight going up too soon. (reduced the trigger) Stop sanity decaying while reading notes Slow recharge on flashlight while not using Added more light when everything is dark Head bobbing fix (still needs research)
