Brush scaling and tooltips — Vermillion - VR Painting Steam update #80116

There are now tooltips with brush names. You can turn these off in the settings. You can now scale up the fan brush using the brush hand joystick up/down. You can scale down the thickness of the one inch brushes and the one inch blender with the same input. I added slider for how hard you need to squeeze the knuckles to adjust the brush grip. You have more room around the brush in which you can regrip it. Button actions on the Vive wands now require you to click the touchpad, rather than only touch it. Ghost hands only fold their fingers when squeezing the grip on the Knuckles, rather than touching.
