Balance quick patch — Smack Talk Steam update #80132

Hey guys this is a quick balance patch based on the suggestions and requests of several members of our discord. I'll be honest balance definitely hasn't been our priority new characters are usually finished the same day we update the game and receive minimal play testing. We appreciate any and all feedback and we're thankful for how patient everyone has been.
