New Arrow animations and Fixed the Water Cannon — Dimensional Gates Steam update #808094

Making our own pixel art arrows, we now have arrow animations when Glenn attacks. Glenn also has a Dual Shot skill now with the Elven Bow instead of it just attacking twice. We also fixed the animation for the Water Cannon to make it look a lot better than the new animation came out. We hope everyone is excited that the main game is releasing in just a few weeks now.
