Driving Range and Bug Fixes - (0.2.8) — Virtual Islands Steam update #80846

I'm still working on new holes but in the meantime I decided it would be fun to include a driving range If you feel the desire to knock endless golf balls into the ocean. I'll admit I tested for longer than I needed to because I was enjoying it so much. It has the standard ball tracker and distance counter and the scoreboard remembers your best drive. Additionally, I noticed that almost all of the features I added last update were not working properly (if at all), so this update should fix all of the bugs from the previous update.
