Only after clearing Dream Forest on Nightmare difficulty will the normal difficulty of the subsequent 4 levels be unlocked. Even so, I still recommend playing in this order: Dream Forest → Dark Wilderness → Destroyed RedRidge → Frost Forest → ShadowSwamp → Magma Hell.
