Hotfix 5 — Micro macro farm Steam update #811487

Small rework on the orders, the timer of an order has been removed, giving the order more place to display correct values of gold and experience. So no more annoying text overflowing the pages :P Harvesting speed has been increased. The UI for the recipe selection has been reworked a bit, some sprites where stretching in a strange way. Water reservoire max capacity will increase by 1 every 2 levels - before every 4. White Wine, Wine and Vinegar should not be in orders until higher level. Removed the shop button infinity jump bug.
