Update notes for 6-28-26 — Divided Reigns Steam update #815081

Fixed a few bugs that have been reported by the community. Altered a few mechanics that were suggested and implemented for JRoguePG. Most notable are several skills like Phalanx, Counter Stance, Chain spin, etc. now go first in the round.I removed some chests that gave redundant equipment in the earlier dungeons. No one needs three Simple Greaves before Aldair. 😄I also lowered the encounter rate for a few areas. The most notable is the world map was lowered by about 18%
