Bug fixes! — Divided Reigns Steam update #815097

Hello everyone! Some players are getting to the end of the game now which is really exciting for us! Also, many bugs have been discovered especially later in the game. Thank you to everyone who reported bugs as they find them! It helps so much! Pretty much every bug that's been reported has been fixed, but here are some of the big ones. The sandstorm temple encounter rate was bugged and WAY too high and had a couple other bugs. It's fixed now. (Sorry to everyone who slogged through it before the fix) Fixed end game town liberation not being able to access each town Fixed several bugs with the monster hunts, but I'm afraid we didn't catch them all.
