Just a quick batch of quality-of-life improvements and balancing tweaks to make your landlord experience a bit smoother: - If you don't have enough money in your account to cover a standing order, you will now get a warning message in the typewriter style - When the tax office successfully receives your payment, they will now send you a confirmation SMS - You can no longer rent out any property that is under 20% condition (gotta keep those standards up!) - Slightly increased the time limit after something breaks before your tenant starts spamming your phone
