Version 1.4.37 is being developed. Expected changes: — Chances to get a Great Citizen are tweaked; Chances to get a GC are changed in order to make GCs appear more even. — The coefficients of scientific distribution are changed; Changed in order to reduce the amount of scientific cities needed in countries. — Each city can have 2 Mints (1 before). The cost of a Mint reduced; — The Colosseum provides 8% bonus of war (9% before); — War Bonus of Luck provides 8% per level (9% before); — War Bonus of Great Generals is slightly reduced. The last expected changes in order to reduce the war bonus. — Implementation of several measures to prevent unexpected influence on battles. Details will be announced later. Implementation date is yet unknown.
