Alpha 1.3.1 Base building: Removed the power requirment from the main buildings (Shipyard, Crew Garrison, Modules facility). Fixed a typo from; select a ship from the hangar, to select a ship at the shipyard. The Recreational Facilities no longer need the training academy as pre-requirement. Reactors now have a maximum build limit of 4.
