March 25 Update Notes — Isekai Captain Steam update #83376

New Relics: Berries Restores 15 HP to the Captain every 10 seconds. Sniper Eyepiece When the Captain uses ranged weapons, there's a 10% chance to penetrate all targets. Leather Armor When the Captain takes damage, there's a 50% chance to reduce incoming damage by half. Relic Adjustments: Staff of Fireballs Fireball damage increased from 120 to 200. Class Changes: Berserker: For every 2% decrease in HP, both Berserker's Critical Rate and Critical Damage increase by 1%. When a is not triggered, 4% of current HP is consumed. When a is triggered, 4% of Max HP is restored(2s CD). Berserker cannot be knocked back when health is below 50%. Design Note: Berserkers should not be limited to dual throwing axes. They now receive the same HP restoration efficiency when using slower weapons.
