The 1st beta for 0.64 update is here ! It mainly adds a revamp of the Technology Ideas gameplay, increasing them from 34 to 75 and adding the Military Techniques domain. Remember that to have access to it, you need to go in the Properties of the game in Steam and choose the beta. Choosing a "good" trait will now have 25% of chances to make him lose 1 point of Health.
