General Complete rebalancing of weapons and armor items of the "Ensign" and "Major" ranks. Base stats have been leveled out and lowered by a slight average of 10% Removed the "Resource" characteristic from equipment items. Equipment items can now be repaired without restrictions Equipment items have received the "Disassemble" function. When disassembling an item, you get parts according to the item's type and rank. For example, by dismantling the "Major" rank assault rifle, you will receive the "Major" rank assault rifle details. When disassembling items below the rank "Ensign" and "Major", you will mostly get trash (for sale), but there is a chance to reach parts of a higher rank Equipment items now have a level-up function.
