Skill Balances & Ammo Fixes — Hostile Lands Steam update #838867

This update mainly focuses on Character Skills, as well as some fixes to ammo drops. Skill Changes - balanced Character skill times, damage numbers, etc. - limited the "Kill Streak" upgrade to once per area - added a sound effect (with an option slider) for the HUD skill icon - added a warning icon when the skill timer is low Ammo Changes - increased range of ice weapon projectiles - increased the base drop chance for ammo We understand that these fixes/changes may cause issues with current saves and may cause bugs/crashes.
