Fixing the bug of not matching the local language during game startup. — Tales of Spark: Probation Steam update #83930

Dear players, We have addressed a bug where the game was failing to match the local language upon startup. Although we support various languages, some were not being successfully matched during the game launch. Thanks to the feedback from our Russian players, we identified and resolved the issue.
