Changes: After a certain amount of catches (1000 catches), the rare fish becomes a guaranteed catch. The rarest fish is no longer as elusive as it once was! after some realization on my part that some play to 100% the game, 1/1000 chances of catching the "rare fish" seemed a little less than fair. to combat this, I've decided to make this RNG element a little less RNG-y...
