Patch 1.23 — Desperation Steam update #848086

New - Fixed items that have been dropped by the player not despawning. Items dropped by the player will now despawn after 5 minutes. - The Soldier AI now uses the same inventory/loot system as the player. This will allow for a better feel, look and a more in-depth loot system. Info - I will be working on the enemy ai more, to hopefully get very satisfying interactions/loot. - I'll also be adding more pois and hopefully different factions of enemies in which all have different gear/loot.
