Out with the Beef System, and in with the War Queue! Rather than the old beef system where you needed to kill other gang members to go to war with them. Now you can simply click "Enter Queue" and wait for a gang similar to you in member count and experience to get put against you by the system. This will allow wars to happen much more often and stop farming War XP. Other changes and Additions Fixed up some bugs with the gang systems Added police HQ building (not functional yet) Heavy GPU Optimizations Light CPU Optimizations *I got a decent amount of GPU optimization done, but it seems like we're still getting a lot of GPU usage even on my high level machine. It might be some sort of CPU bottleneck causing the GPU to work overtime. I'll look into it over the next few patches
