Patch 0.9.2 — Space Battle Steam update #855916

Hello Pilots! The first of many updates. After the release in EPIC GAMES, I had pending to align both releases to 0.9.2. New material added, coal. Multiple upgrades added to MAYHEM. Neutral events for hits on turrets and enemy ships. Enemies make use of their shields based on their level. Removed old API AI. Enemy balancing (Turrets and Ships are now slightly weaker at the start). WIP: Hint system to tell the player what he should do at each point in the game.
