This is a small patch focused on improving mouse controls. Patch notes: Improved the movement of the Scouter cursor when using a mouse. The in-game cursor now follows the system cursor so it will feel much more responsive. Removed the "Mouse Sensitivity (Scouter)" setting from the Options menu since it's no longer needed. Confined the mouse cursor within the game window while playing to avoid accidental clicks outside the game. The cursor is not confined in menus. Improved the screen scrolling behaviour when using a mouse in Scouter mode. Fixed an issue introduced in 1.02.00 with sluggish zooming when using the mouse wheel. Fixed a couple of minor visual glitches.
