We have some very significant balance changes this patch which should shake up the meta and bring some lesser used champions up.**Features**Made improvements to the logic of damage display. This can still be improved so we'll keep iterating.When you propose a draw and your opponent declines it, you'll now be notified in the in-game chat.Flying champions are now properly immune to the "rooted" status effect.The game now becomes a draw after 5 consecutive passed turns instead of 3.Champions that are channeling can no longer block.**Balance**Skern fell off from his glory days so we're bringing a little bit of tankiness back as well as more damage on his leap. Block chance increased from 15 -> 30%. Physical armor increased from 12 -> 15%.
