Version 0.70.00 notes for 13th of June update — cheapskate Steam update #873314

- had to take a contract job so I've been busy :( - big change under the hood to how levels are loaded - now levels load from separately loaded paks in your game's "levels" folder - very soon anyone can make their own levels and put them in the levels folder to play - just want to make sure it all works and levels are loading for everyone - please report bugs if levels don't load and I'll revert this build (but I tested it for weeks so hopefully it works) - new updates soon with links to "how to make your own levels" - also vert skating soon, sorry that's taking forever - skatepark 01 has a bunch of new skateable periphery but it's all blockout so it's all bonky and no flow yet (I know, not looking for feedback there, but wanted to check it in as just blockout so people can get a preview)
