New features Max FPS cap setting introduced. Currently, it does not cap the frames accurately due to issues with vsync. This will be "fixed" once mods also support the FPS cap (You can still make use of this feature now though!) The timer now also checks whether user is in heavy action gameplay, and if such, it will delay the unloading till either user is in calmer environment, or a set timer runs out.
