Region select, ranks and new winter map — Wheels of Duty Steam update #875198

- Added a region selection dropdown in the menu, so that players can utilize their closest master server for an increased network speed, whilst giving players the option to connect and play with further regions. - Changed the ranking system, progression by wins and kills. - added a new winter map. - added a zombie arena map for survival modes.
