If you said "spinning lights on the models that aren't actually spinning lights in the game", you're both correct and a very strange person. At any rate, the lights have been updated and now all the spinning lights spin. And are lights. If players were to make a disco out of their parking lot it might get a bit flashy, so I've added a photosensitivity warning to the start of the game just in case. Safety first, after all!
