Update 0.5.1 — Star Vortex Steam update #883090

Small update mostly with bug fixes and quality-of-life changes. New Features / Content Added new electrical join part for Phantom ships. Added new Phantom templates ready for use in Sector 2. Point defense lasers now go in utility slots rather than auto-special slots. Grapple guns now transfer a percentage of incoming damage to the grappled target. Removed ticking damage from light lance. Renamed Ghost ship to Lance. Renamed Specter ship to Rapier. Renamed Sprite ship to Spark. Replaced Wraith faction with Flora ready for Sector 3 enemies. Recolored Behemoth orange as Skeran no longer uses blue colors. Quality of Life / Accessibility Reverted change to sandbox level requirements so any parts can be used in ship design again.
