1.19b:- Military receiver is no longer chance based (always works)- Added visible map borders- Police difficulty improvements- Security level for location is increased only if you have at least 2 police stars- Police drone will spawn only on Pro and Master difficulty- NPCs get tired and move slower after a longer chase- Base player run speed increased (1.9 to 1.95)- Removed XeSS since it makes performance worse for some reason- 'Complete on difficulty' challenges are now also completed when difficulty is higher than the specified one- Rebinding the same keys to multiple actions is now allowed
