Release 1.23 – Debris in Main Menu & Visual Update — Space storm Steam update #886383

1. Stray Debris in Main Menu – Fixed A curious bug found its way into the game: If your spaceship exploded and you quickly returned to the main menu using the Steam overlay, debris from the explosion could occasionally still be visible. These fragments were unintentionally carried over into the menu scene – looked cool, but wasn’t supposed to happen. From now on, all explosion effects and debris are properly cleared before loading the main menu. No more space junk where it doesn’t belong! 2. New Main Menu Design – Old Graphics Removed As part of a broader visual polish, we’ve updated the main menu: All placeholder graphics from the development phase have been completely replaced with final, high-quality assets.
