v17-pre5 — Puffin Planes Steam update #891194

I've been busy but managed to eke out some bugfixes this week as well as a change to seating layouts that I've been mulling in my head for a while. See the picture above--the idea is that casual players will now usually pick one of the 3 default seat classes, but experienced players will be able to min-max as they please using the same percentage mechanics that I have received a lot of positive feedback on. As always, I'd like to thank everyone for all the feedback I've received.
