8.28 Major Update,2 new weapons,better performance,new fleet battle rules — CubeGun Steam update #899500

New weapon: Nanocable. Connects with nearest ally, and deals constant damage to anyone caught between. New weapon: Electro-ball. Slow firing, and deals damage in a straight line. Bypasses energy shields but can be reflected. You can now command invidiual ships in fleet battle now. You can now borrow ships from a friend. The friend will be granted a small reward. Tweaks to fleet battle: Cores will not actively attack, reduced starting energy, and energy is granted when self core is damaged Synchorized energy and health of both clients during fleet battle Weapon strength is increased for about 1 time when used in numbers Added admin friends, from whom you can borrow more advanced ships (seriously??)
