Alpha Update 0.6.1 — Notmads Steam update #900833

This update contains a few minor balance adjustments and bug fixes. Changes, Fixes & Improvements Removed incorrect secondary Arcane damage from many Fire, Cold, and Lightning skills. Base damage has been adjusted so their overall damage remains consistent with their Arcane counterparts. Fire, Cold, and Lightning projectiles. Fire, Cold, and Lightning vortex skills. Frost Wave, Fire Surge, and Lightning Surge. Fixed the Extractor and Recycler buildings being swapped internally. They now perform their intended functions correctly. Reduced extractor/recycler level requirements by one level. For example, magical items now require Extractor/recycler Level 1 instead of Level 2. Fixed an issue where NPCs could incorrectly attempt to report a crime to guards when attacked by certain dual-damage weapons or skills.
